Pre-Screened, Document-Ready Students — Delivered to Your Admissions Team

We take the paperwork off your admissions team's plate. Nihon Setu finds motivated students, checks their finances and documents, and sends you applicants who are ready to enroll — so your school can focus on teaching, not administration.

No Upfront CostPay Per EnrollmentNo Retainer

What You Pay

  • A placement fee — agreed in advance, paid after successful enrollment
  • Nothing until a student formally joins your program

What You Get

  • Document-ready, pre-screened applicant profiles
  • Applicants whose sponsors meet the bank balance required by immigration
  • Continued local support after the student arrives

Why Choose Us?

We do the hard work of finding and checking students upfront, so your team only receives applicants who are genuinely ready.

01

Organic Sourcing

We attract genuinely motivated students through real, everyday social media content about living and studying in Japan. No cold contact lists, no mass emails.

02

Strict Pre-Screening

I personally check every applicant before you see their file. I confirm they have a clear reason for studying and a sponsor who meets the ¥1.5M–2M bank balance required by immigration.

03

The Warm Hand-off

Once an applicant passes our review, I introduce them to your admissions staff by email. You get a complete, clean application file — ready to submit for the student visa.

04

Local Arrival Support

When the student arrives in Tokyo, we stay involved. I help them move into shared housing, set up their phone, and complete their local residency registration — so they show up to class from day one.

About Me

Hi, I'm Divya.

Founder, Nihon Setu · Based in Tokyo

Having lived and worked in Japan for over 9 years across both part-time and full-time corporate roles, I have navigated this ecosystem from the inside out. Through my channel, I share the reality of Japanese culture, career growth, and daily life. But more importantly, I help people turn their dream of moving to Japan into a realistic, structured roadmap.

My content is in Hindi, specifically designed for South Asian students — primarily from India and Nepal — who are navigating the Japan study pathway in their own language.

Common Questions

What Schools Usually Ask

How do you verify the 150万円 bank balance requirement?+

I ask for official bank statements directly from the student's sponsor and check they meet the ¥1.5M–2M immigration requirement. I only send you applicants whose documents are clean. If anything looks borderline, I don't pass them along.

What documents arrive with the student file?+

Each file includes: completed application form, passport copy, financial sponsor bank statements, sponsor relationship certificate, and academic transcripts. You receive a single clean packet — no chasing missing paperwork.

What happens if a student visa is rejected?+

We work through it together. If the rejection came from documents or sponsor information I provided, I will find and re-check a replacement student at no extra cost. I care about results, not just passing files along.

What are the primary target markets and nationalities of the students on your platform?+

Our primary markets are India and Nepal. The students I work with are motivated, financially qualified, and looking for serious language and vocational study opportunities in Japan.

How do you filter out economic migrants looking for a backdoor work visa from genuine students?+

Our platform explicitly educates students on the strict 28-hour-per-week part-time work limit using our Part-Time Job Income Calculator. We actively screen for academic intent during our 1-on-1 strategy calls. We only introduce applicants who have a clear career or higher-education milestone requiring Japanese fluency.
