FAQ

Is your service really free for students?

Yes, completely. Our model is school-funded — partner language schools pay a placement fee after you successfully enroll. You pay nothing, ever.

What Japanese level do I need before applying?

None at all. Many of our students start with zero Japanese. Language schools are specifically designed for complete beginners.

How long does the student visa process take?

Typically 3–6 months from submitting your application to receiving your visa. The key factor is how quickly your school can get your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) approved by immigration.

Can I work part-time while studying in Japan?

Yes. Student visa holders are permitted to work up to 28 hours per week. Many students use this to cover a portion of their living costs.

How much money does my financial sponsor need to show?

Japanese immigration generally requires your financial sponsor to hold a bank balance of ¥1.5M–2M (roughly $10,000–13,000 USD). We verify this before recommending you to any school.

What documents will I need to prepare?

The core documents are your passport, academic transcripts, a completed application form, and your sponsor's bank statements and relationship certificate. We guide you through every step.
